We regularly communicate online with friends, colleagues and partners. Judging by the reports received from young specialists and colleagues, many do not think much about sending a message, which is why the information transfer process slows down, and the perception of the interlocutor worsens.
The popularity and convenience of corporate messengers makes us write more often. In the end, the opinion about people is formed not by voice and appearance, as it was 10 years ago, but by the ability to communicate clearly and in the matter of their thoughts.
That is why, I took interest in the new book by Maxim Ilyakhov and Lyudmila Sarycheva "New rules of business correspondence."
I think that many of you read the first book of the authors "Write, cut", which impressed not only the design, but also the quality content. In appearance, the second book may be inferior to the first one, but the material in it is even more relevant.

I read over 150 business books, but this one is the first one I'd like to give to colleagues. Not because it is the best (it is not), but because it raises one of the most relevant topics for modern companies.
