### Topological-genetic nature of matter

(in ten comments)

The evolution of the universe is a matter of questions. In this work we are talking about a deep science, in which objective reality and the features of cognition are correlated. It is shown how much the scientists' views, the stereotypes and the language of science are able to represent the sources and mechanisms of the transformation of matter physically and conceptually. The author substantiates an alternative topological and genetic concept of the formation of matter, the foundation of which is a topological environment capable of generating both an infinitely large and infinitely small space and carrying out a topological cycle.

Key words: topological environment, finite and infinite state of it as polarity; boundary zone, built-in and ryadopolozhnye (side by side) manifestations of polarity relationships, macro-beginning and fine-meshed field, the string framework of the universe, matter as a multilevel medium expression of the medium.

### The starting axiom is

if the generation of matter, its subsequent transformations and the various manifestations of a more complex variety do not do without movement, then the main and only question of cognition is the elucidation of the origin of precisely this property of matter. In this case, it remains to assume the existence of a topological medium consisting of two structural parts - infinite and finite. These opposites determine each other and do not exist alone without the other. The interaction of the finite and the infinite is the essence of the manifestation of matter.Topos in Greek means place, and the topological environment should be understood precisely as a place without end and edge, in which matter begins to self-define by different geometric figures and mutual transformations, showing simultaneously and with variable success a common aspiration for both large and small. Therefore, matter pulses between these two extremes, realizing, in the final analysis, a topological cycle.

This is the opening word and general definition of the origin of matter.

### The current state of the problem.

The main problem of any author is to describe in a precise, but accessible, definitions of a unique initial situation: what material was matter, what were its spatial and temporal characteristics, what transformations occurred and by what cause-effect relationships.The difficulty is that now there are no primary conditions and initial processes of the origin of matter, and moreover, they can not be reproduced laboratory. It must also be acknowledged that the modern complexity of the representation and understanding of the primordial topological environment is also related to the inertia of our thinking, accustomed to reasoning about matter exclusively in the so-called material form.

These views are based on an atomic structure, on elementary particles collected from quarks, staying in a multitude in various aggregate states, fragmentarily connected by certain intermediate laws, and the like. And this cliche of understanding reality, one must assume, is manifested in the majority of the scientific community in the recognition of the Big Bang Theory. Those. in the characteristic of the beginning of matter in the mechanistic material paradigm, which attributes to the source of the Universe an extremely high density, the highest temperature and a miserable volume, with the subsequent explosion and a giant scatter of tightly packed matter. As evidence of this picture of the motion of matter, astrophysicists find the accelerating run-off in all directions of galaxies, supposedly confirming also the accelerated expansion and rarefaction of the Universe itself.

Naturally, stage-level processes of transformations of the source of something of unknown etiology, have undergone significant transformations since then.

Therefore, they do not yet allow scientists to discover the objective logic of genesis (development), to identify genetic grounds (varieties of movements), and to represent the genome of the universe (a set of stable links and relationships of motions), a complete cycle of matter. In this regard, the introduction of scientists into the scientific revolution of the so-called singular state of matter, in which allegedly no physical laws have (or have not) already acted is symptomatic. Consequently, it is absolutely impossible neither to think about it, nor to imagine. Therefore, subsequent generations of scientists were forced to retroactively expand the thesaurus, to fill the categorical apparatus with such new concepts as: immaterial form of matter, mysterious dark matter and dark energy, antimatter and even antimatter, black holes and wormholes. And the Universe from one copy multiplied into multi- and parallel universes, promising us the luxury of communicating with our twins and clones! Well, how can you give up such prospects ??!

### Physics of manifestation of matter.

So, in essence, we substantiate the alternative topological-genetic concept of the formation of matter, the main property of the topological environment is its ability to generate both infinitely large and infinitesimal places (volumes, regions, parts). And this fundamental condition for the formation of matter is manifested in a single way - through a closed shell that divides this environment into the outer and inner regions. In this case, the inner region is confined to the surface of this very shell, it is objectively finite. And the outer area is not bounded from the outside, so it is infinite. In this case, if the closed shell is uniformly spaced from the center of the inner region, then it naturally assumes a spherical shape.Thus, the closed shell of a spherical shape not only manifests a finite and infinite topological polarity, but also leads them into close interaction with each other. Thus, the boundary zone is substantially modified, is filled with the entire set of relations of topological polarities. Interactions and transformations of the latter into each other are manifested by material streams of movements, completely determined by their varieties. And then in order.

### The first topological comment.

Considering the surface of a sphere as a boundary zone between topological polarities (and socially expressed philosophical categories) of finite and infinite, it is important to pay attention to the following characteristics of a given geometric figure. If the sphere is closed and continuous, then it has no edges, for which it is possible to exit, if we lead the line along its surface. However, the surface of the sphere itself is two-sided, from one (external or internal) side it is impossible to go to the second (opposite) without crossing the border or drilling it. At the same time, the above-mentioned border sides, it is supposed, are equivalent and equivalent! Therefore, the conditional radius of a spherical shell can vary linearly, directed both to the outer and inner sides (or to correspond to one of the polarities and then to grow-decrease, pulsate to the opposite).Also this radius can rotate, conditionally on and counter-clockwise, along the entire perimeter like a radar. In this case, the constricting centripetal motion of this shell means the aspiration of the inner region to the small and final state, and simultaneously external - to the increment of the large and infinite; Centrifugal stretching of the envelope leads to a conjugate inverse effect. You should also pay attention to the pace of transformation of matter. For example, if the shell size is reduced by half, the volume of the inner region decreases eightfold. The corresponding, we emphasize, simultaneous increase in the volume of the outer region will amount to a scanty value.

In other words, the aspiration of a topological medium to a small one manifests itself strikingly, and its corresponding aspiration for a large one is very insignificant. In this, probably, is the manifestation of the most severe strain in the topological environment, and in need of balancing! Therefore, the rarefaction processes observed in the centrifugal transitions and the thickening of the impulses in the centripetal impulse are linked already with lateral (lateral) impulses in two mutually perpendicular directions, with the generation and intensification of circular motions. In other words, the weakening of the motion in the radial directions is compensated by the growth of concentric varieties, with rotational motions. And vice versa. As a result, both uniform and balanced stepwise layering and embedding of shells are possible, as well as balanced circular deployment-rotation of interlayers.

### Initial conclusions

: a) matter as such arises only from the boundary zone, which manifests and interacts the topological polarities of the big and small; b) finite and infinite, manifesting strictly defined ranges of relationships, objectively become structural parts of matter; c) by communicating vessels through the spherical boundary zone, topological polarities manifest themselves in the centripetal-centrifugal and radial concentric directions-varieties, with mutual transitions of the maximum of one with a minimum of the other in one polar region and inversely proportional to their combination upon reaching the opposite region. And such characteristics of polar manifestations and combinations of movements as balanced and uniform become regular properties of the transformations of matter. And then we wonder why such a super-thin setting of matter in the universe ?!### Second topological commentary.

The main thing is that these processes reveal quite definite limits of infinitesimal and infinitely great manifestation of matter.First, we will touch upon the peculiarities of the thinking of researchers of the same realm of reality, but of different sections and from different scientific schools. For example, a traditionally thinking mathematician can afford to add (or subtract) all kinds of terms (not only finite, but also infinite) to any quantities, including infinite ones. But the topologist always realizes that the boundary zone of the spherical form, the outer edge of which tends to infinity, can reach a certain limit. When the subsequent addition to the marked shell of a new layer only leads to parallelism of the surfaces, and this will mean reaching the end of the minimally significant changes in polarity relations. Similarly, with the simultaneous reverse striving of the interlayers to occupy a finite, infinitely small space, analogous discrete changes in the environment of the opposite direction must be observed and balanced. The principle presence in the polarity ratios of the lower small limit can be reinforced by the fact that it can not be zero, because by definition the manifestation of matter is lost.

The argument of the formation of the upper and lower limits, their mutual transformations and transitions can be continued, considering the topological features of the sphere, related to the quantities and relationships of its area, volume, and also the curvature exponents of the surfaces. In comparative terms, the surface of the sphere has the smallest area of all surfaces of geometric figures that limit this volume. And vice versa. Of all surfaces with a given area, the sphere contains the largest volume. So, the sphere having a relative minimum area (min S), is the maximum volume (max V). Thus, the sphere of these properties is distinguished among other geometric figures as a priority in the manifestation of both small and large. The parameters discussed are related to the radius of the sphere ®: in order to measure them, we note that the radius is one-dimensional, the area is two-dimensional, and the volume is three-dimensional. This opens the possibility of transforming one indicator through the other, including the actual movements of a particular species, and proclaiming them the main driving force.

For example, the rotation of the radius on the plane gives the area of the circle-circle. The volume is formed by rotating the circle around its diameter by 180 ° or a semicircle around its diameter by 360 °. In other words, there are opportunities for transforming three-dimensional figures into 2-dimensional figures, the latter - in one-dimensional and back. Geometric figures that go over to each other under topological transformations are called topologically equivalent and to prove their equivalence, it is sufficient to indicate possible transformations. However, the discussed parameters of geometric figures perform different functions. Thus, the volume of a sphere directly characterizes the value of the inner region, i.e. determines the final polarity, and the spherical surface of the ball, serving as the boundary zone, its area indicates the vastness (frontal) of the interactions between the finite and the infinite. Moreover, estimating the curvature of surfaces between adjacent interlayers, it is possible to establish the achievement in them of some parallelism and thereby the relationships (stages, levels) and limits of manifestations of matter.

In this case, if the concentric movements gravitate toward the time indices, then the radial ones tend to the values of space, thereby they are connected with the unfolding-folding of matter. Consequently, space dominates the phase of the transition of matter from the built-in state to the rank-and-file state. And time begins to prevail at the stage of clotting matter. One movement (variety) can aspire to the rank and file, the other - to the built-in state of matter. In other words, they can manifest themselves at the stages of transformation of material movements from the immaterial form to the real and back.

Generalizing, we note that two types of movement actually take on the structural and regulatory functions and are able to explain the observed wealth of manifestations of matter.

### Third topological commentary.

It is equally important to draw the attention of the inquisitive reader to the specifics of the matro-integrated multi-layer structure of topological education proper. It is a consequence of the two-sidedness of the unitary closed spherical shell mentioned above as a boundary zone, but manifests itself already in a multitude of built-in interlayers.In this case, the outer side of one layer appears as the inside of another neighboring superstructure, and so on. And thus the external-internal sides of the concentrates seem to merge, the differences are generalized and smoothly translate the potential of motions in the interlayers of the radial variety into the concentric in the centrifugal direction and vice versa. In the final analysis, only two limiting values of the interlayers are clearly discernible in the represented extensive boundary zone: on the side of the micro is the inner edge of the infinitesimal bubble, and on the side of the macro is the outer edge of the largest concentration.

In general, the boundary zone manifests itself as a macroscopic multilayer topological hollow ball, initially defining a matrally-built-in form of mutual arrangements of the large and small. It is specific and contains the deep-rooted topo-genetic essence of matter. Hence the logical introduction of a new concept: for example, an embryonic state or simply an embryo of the universe (Figure 1).

### The fourth topological commentary is

. It must be admitted that the built-in shape of a huge number of spherical shells with thin interlayers (radial-concentric varieties of motion) is a super-dense packing of matter. But this is not all matter that could manifest itself in other conditions. With the inner coiling of the shells, an infinitely small space (literally bordering zero) is easily reached, but the conjugate manifestation of a large area by the medium, assuming them to be equivalent, is still very modest at the same time. The absence of curvature and parallelism of the outer layers do not mean a sufficient exhaustion of an infinitely large one.Noting the condensed manifestation of matter, it is possible to give more weighty topological grounds. Thus, in the embryo of matter, all, without exception, radial directions of motion, both its divergent and convergent pulsations, are most fully represented. However, the concentric varieties of motion, conventionally along and counter-clockwise, pulsating from the central microbubble to the peripheral shell and back, are nevertheless limited to the macro-this very extreme shell. On the other hand, if this limit were not found and established, then the concentric pulsations themselves - both in the centrifugal and in the opposite directions and their mutual transitions would be very problematic.

How to assess this topological situation ?! This place, filled with movements in the centripetal-centrifugal and radial-concentric directions, is the initial manifestation of matter. It is characterized by generality (built-in), when it is still impossible to single out any specific rotating concentrator, and no separate radial direction of movements. In addition to the previously mentioned two polar micro-macro, outer-inner edges of the embryo of the universe.

Therefore, the discussed clot of matter in an extremely compressed, curled, one-sidedly curved form, bubbles inside the radial-concentric varieties of the movement, eager to free itself from the shackles of a single combined epicenter and engage in creativity of movements in the fullness of combinational possibilities. The embryo of matter is in an "interesting" position, on the eve of its bifurcation, turning inside out.

### The fifth topological commentary is

. What is the point of becoming an extensive thick, strictly matrochno-integrated structure of the border zone? How is the potential of motion in a multilayer strip disclosed when compared with, say, a thin rubber sheath that is successively compressed and stretched, pulsing between the polarities of the large and small?Mainly, due to the multi-layered boundary zone, a uniform redistribution of that enormous tension is achieved through the addition of radial motions with concentric varieties in the centrifugal direction and vice versa. And so, in terms of unpacking, this design of the border zone allows a significant part of the path from one side to the opposite to pass without "drill", due to internal transformations. Thus, the topological nature of the formation of matter has found a softer option, but, naturally, not completely. When the limiting microscopic layer was reached, it turned out that it was impossible to go further than internal interlayer transformations, they simply did not remain, and it was not enough to drill a small hole.

For a complete reversal of the last layer on the pole of the infinitely small inside out, a serious cavitary microbubble operation is required, and along all three mutually perpendicular planes. And we must recognize the fairness of this cardinal operation at the final stage, and most importantly and in general - an effective minimally invasive method.

Taking into account the above topological comments, it can be argued that the beginning of the manifestation of matter is based on geometry, and subsequent transformations of it are poured into the streams of motions. Actually due to repeated alternation and coordination of the two specified types of motion, a set of built-in spherical shells with corresponding radial-concentric interlayers is actualized, and their successive-step transition from the smallest value to the largest and back is realized. A combination and mutual transformation of them, passing through the topo-geometric millstones (forms, flows, phases), have a huge and non-vanishing inertia. This can be represented as a transformation of the potential energy into kinetic energy and vice versa, and so on, to infinity. Another conclusion: inertia of motion accompanies matter from the very beginning.

### The sixth topological commentary is

is associated with a counter-initiative. With a specific technology coming from the side of the infinitely large in the upper outer layers, in which the radial and concentric, centrifugal-centripetal impulses somehow equalize. Thus, there are opportunities for local curvatures of portions of the outer spherical surface of the embryo in the opposite direction, inwards directed to the center. Taking into account the two-sidedness of the thick-walled hollow sphere (outer and inner sides or micro- and macro limits), considering them equivalent and equivalent, it means that priority in manifestations of matter with variable success can be given to one, then to the opposite side of the boundary zone (closed shell, equal to embryo of the universe). The mechanism of this can serve as resonant phenomena in a variety of interlayers, which naturally lead to the appearance of "dents". And when a pair of "dents" in diametrically opposite regions penetrates the embryo, finally there is a definite radial directional movement - the through, diametral axis of the ball, which already initiates rotational movements around itself in perpendicular planes (for the sake of equilibration). Fig. 2.Matter is transformed into a multitude of side by side, the ranks of flat circles-discs of motion, huge at the equator and gradually decreasing to the poles. Again, the resonant phenomena are now applied to the rotating discs of the hemispheres along the axis (towards and from the center), leading to their division in two, and to rolling in two spheres. The coagulation is accompanied by the dissolution of a single middle layer, which then fills the gap between the arising fission products of the embryo. Thus, the embryo stratification occurs geometrically progressively to the innermost central microbubbles (Figure 3).

And this solution of matter can be considered a space or, even better, a median balancing field (EMS). This field is strained, straightened, stretched, tending to layer as much as one product of division, and on the other, but forced yet to fluctuate only in a variety of modalities. Thus, the additional reserves of manifestation by an infinitely large medium open slightly when the transition from the built-in, closed, one-sidedly curved form to the rank-topology (side by side, open, comprehensively unfolded) of the polarity relations topology. The borrowing of additional reserves took place in the same way as in an infinitely large and infinitely small one. At the same time, the volume of the universe multiplies many times without any inflation and the Big Bang.

Thus, the existence of the upper and lower limits of the relationships of topological polarities in their embedded packaging is affirmed as an enduring interconnection of opposing tendencies in the topological environment. This is necessary and extremely important for establishing a clear external framework and with their detailed, discrete manifestation. Thus, the division of a macroscopic embryo, although it occurs stepwise, in a geometric progression, leads to an extremely large number of microbubbles, but their number is clearly finite. And the volume they occupy in the open phase is also huge, but it is quite definite and finite. And if they represented the initial phase of the unfolding of matter, it would be impossible to determine its external limits. In this case there would always be a temptation (and a chance!) To add one more to the existing number of bubbles, and so on without end. A conclusion is drawn about the finiteness and openness of the universe!

Thus, matter in the open phase is manifested by two neoplasms - the median balanced field (PMD) and a great number of microbubbles floating in it, located evenly at the nodes of the crystal lattice, forming the global string framework of the Universe (SLE, Fig. 4). SOUP, like the spaces between the bubbles, now appears physically as a kind of super-giant, straightened and therefore very tense, unfolded, all-encompassing, yet finite neoplasm. Moreover, it is filled with a dynamic quantized ripple: from giant half-waves (due to the initial fission-bundle of the macroscopic embryo in half and then in a geometric progression) to the stepwise-descending waves of the medium embedded in the previous ones, relative to its median state (by definition). It must be assumed that it was the absence of the above-mentioned knowledge among modern physicists that they manifested with vague ideas of "dark matter", "dark energy" of unknown nature, which in their opinion make up 96-97% of its mass.

### In the seventh topological commentary

it is necessary to explain the specificity of the motions associated with the transition of matter from a closed phase to an open one, i.e. with its unpacking.The first explanation. No matter how we disclose the content of the concept of "movement", our consciousness will ask, in need of explanation, what is still moving: any object, ether, emptiness, nothing? This is because, according to our understanding, the movement is pointless. Therefore, it is necessary once again to state unambiguously that movement is understood as the transformation of the border zone as a whole. And it is precisely the product of the interaction of two topological polarities, but because of mutual penetration and dynamics, they are not tangible and not recognized as material formations.

The second explanation. The embryo of the Universe, justified by us, does not move anywhere, only the successive transmission of the impulses (inertia) of motion occurs in it, in the centrifugal-centripetal directions the internal spherical waves cycle through. Therefore, the embryo can be represented by a single "jelly-jelly" mass filled with the above described relay batches and oscillations.

The third explanation. Although the decompression of matter and the separation of the embryo are accompanied by seemingly significant dynamics, however, there is no movement in the usual sense. There is unpacking, unfolding the rank-and-file placement of topological polarities, brought to a common denominator, to the full and extreme manifestations of the largest and smallest in a disintegrated and uniformly discrete form. In this mass of manifestations of matter, only disturbances of a different modality are again observed.

But such an understanding of the movement retains its validity only so long as a part of the microbubbles is not turned inside out and thus does not develop autonomous microscopic quanta of matter. The latter, expressing quite specific polarity relations, are capable of interacting with similar quanta and, consequently, of manifesting an independent movement in some direction, with some speed and acceleration. In this case, we begin to associate the movement with changes in the position of already concrete bricks of matter, and then - the newly formed new formations, which acquire in the process of mutual movement (changes) quite definite shapes, sizes and other physical and chemical properties.

### Eighth topological commentary

. In the light of the foregoing, the tense cubic topological structure of the microbubbles is able to generate again only an impulsive transfer of motion strictly along three mutually perpendicular translational directions in each node. As such, there are no centrifugal-centripetal directions of impulse transmission, that is, converging-divergent radial, as well as concentrically-embedded varieties of motion. There are all grounds to qualify this state (phase, stage) of matter as a rank-and-file (side by side), completely unpacked form of its existence.What are the reasons for these reasons ?! First of all, these three mutually perpendicular, intersecting axis-planes-directions and dimensions, representing the basic, genetically nodal, maximally expressed topological bases (and centers in the set), are capable of their combinations to generate any other combined varieties of the motion of matter, including return it to its original state.

In general, the above-mentioned facts of circular cyclicality, centrifugal-centripetal pulsations, regularity of deployment and coiling of natural bricks can and should be understood as a generative, genetic process in which something periodically is born, realizes its "vital" transition from one extreme state to another, "dies "And then reborn again. These processes can have a certain sequence and duration, prevalence and synchronism. But their main characteristic is the recursive superstructure.

The term "recursion" is borrowed from mathematical logic and set theory. Recurrent (Latin recurrens - returning) - return sequences, each subsequent member of which, starting from a certain point, according to a certain rule, is expressed through previous and previously defined values.

It is extremely important to note that the recurrence function of topological transformations is expressed in that, starting with some generalized and fixed level of manifestations of matter (ie, the embryo of the universe), the following stages and levels of transformations are supplemented with already new conditions, superstructures of an open, unfolded random phase.

Such an approach is capable of manifesting an empirically acting, but deeply unrealized, topological self-organization of matter realized through the reproduction (repetition) of the boundary zone and the development in it of a more dense interaction, multilevel coordination, the synthesis of polarities, and the achievement of a balanced median state as a whole. Having achieved this, matter must then pass to another slope and be completed by a topological cycle. Therefore, recursion should be considered as an important component of a single topological and genetic process and the self-organization of matter as a whole, because it inherits two programs at once: material preservation and topological development.

In this connection, the main topological-genetic function of matter as a boundary zone is not only the manifestation of topological polarities, as such, but also in bringing them into total interaction. And the unfolded unfolded state of the border zone provides the best conditions for this.

Topological genetics of the universe assumes the existence of a single system of regulation, which operates on the principle of feedback. At first it even seems that it is purely adaptive, although depending on what this self-regulating system adapts. To topological polarities - of course, yes! However, I would like to point out the aforementioned imperative of the totality of polarity interactions in the unfolded rank-and-file state of matter, and in this connection - the multilevel and multivariance of the median geometric neo-formations and adaptations that turn into topological creativity. The principle of regulation by feedback type is generally preserved, but the mechanisms of the recursive approach, combined into one operating unit, substantially enrich and complicate the evolution of matter. In other words, in the field of topological combinations, as the genesis of matter begins, not only history and modern history begin to enter, but a complete version of the history of movement.

Thus, the pulsations of the embryo of the Universe in centrifugal-centripetal directions by radial-concentric varieties of movements, accompanied only by a change of one sign to the opposite, can be considered generally identical, equivalent. Therefore, these two sequences, manifesting the desire for a median state, are generalized and appear as a combined double thread, capable of consistently executing both the processes of unfolding and the coagulation of the basic structure. These structures, cyclically reproduced, become a matrix, serve as a hereditary code, and coagulate become capable of transmitting this structure to the next generation of topological neoplasms.

At the same time, the processes of cyclic deployment and coagulation of the basic structure actually express the desire to align themselves with the environment, with topological polarities: respectively, in the first case with the macrocosm, in the second case, with micro. In this case, the subsequent stage-level development of the boundary zone occurs with the inheritance of the properties of both the built-in generalized state of matter in the set of radial concentric layers and the accretions of the rank-and-file state. Thus, neoplasms harmoniously fit into the environment and find their favorable niche for the subsequent complicating (middle, balanced) development. Conditionally speaking, the space of transcription and translation in time is actualized, etc. And the previously mentioned properties and various aspects of geometric shapes become modulators that enhance or weaken the action of the varieties of movement as genes.

By the way, genetics only very recently managed to decipher the hereditary human code. It can be estimated as the greatest triumph of scientific knowledge in history. It is of interest that the interactions of the topological bases obtained are naturally divorced along two lines of development: primarily centrifugal and centripetal. Later on, new levels of middle manifestations are unfolding, more subtle combinations and harmonization of centripetal and centrifugal tendencies. They lay the beginning of the material form of matter, and a long road to the return of the boundary zone to the initial, generalized and closed state begins.

In other words, inside the marked topological niches begins to "brew" the porridge movement - a real form of matter, completely different from the impulse, relay relay forms of movement. Real bodies have the opportunity to combine varieties of motion in a variety of ways. It opens the era of creation and generalization of the centers of movement, the search for epicenters - at first galactic, and then universal.

For such an understanding it is necessary to know that outside the environment, without periphery, the centers are not defined and do not make sense.

The reason for this is the non-vanishing confrontation between the central area of manifestation of matter and its periphery, which is associated with the need for harmonization with both one polarity and the opposite, with both radial and spherical varieties of movements. That is, the center turns out to be connected with the problem of maintaining the middle state of matter (SSM). He is forced to fluctuate, acquiring that folded, built-in structure, then the unfolded unfolded state and their mutual transitions. Consequently, the functions of the centers pass from one structural element to another, from the real form of motion to the unreal and back.

The conditions for the transition from one structural structure of the center (collapsed to itself) to the other (inverted from the outside) is a deep decomposition first in the embryo of the universe, and then in the whole microbubbles. There comes the era of polycentricity and it becomes urgent to find a new principle of assembly. In this case, the growth points are moved to the system of polarity relations. The departure from the epicenter of the embryonic state of matter in favor of network - EMS and SLE, leads to a new universalism. The latter, with a large network of topological niches, create the conditions for the formation of new types of material centers facing outward and possessing a huge potential for "valence." This type of joint centers of material-immaterial interactions is able to master and combine radial-concentric varieties of movement, not growing and not merging with them, but repeatedly overlapping in a variety of foci, thus fulfilling structural and regulatory genetic functions.

. The material entities mentioned above unfold within the topological niches of a non-material form. Therefore, the noted phenomenon of the volumetric-diffuse interaction of these structures of matter and the concrete multiple manifestations on the part of micro- and macro- allow us to demonstrate, at least, two moments of external-internal, material-immaterial transformations of the topological medium. This is a universal principle of topological transformations: after all, this phenom- enological existence is obtained only because it reveals its multifaceted nature, frontality and streamlining, elasticity and consistency of transformations. Each topological new formation manifests itself only in interaction with all other polarity relations. In this case, judgments about the simultaneity and sequence of events in the universe, given in the course of various interpretations of the theory of relativity, are useful if we take into account the preliminary development of a stable universal SLE and the set (billions and even tens of billions) of the corresponding toroidal and spherical-oval sinuses. And only in them can be coordinated, at the same time a wide flow to go, as well as stage-by-stage local material transformations. In each such sinus is deployed along the galaxy.The realization of the multiplicity of the structuring regions and the simultaneity of the start of the alignment of the actual real neoplasms naturally arises. It is precisely because of this circumstance that the problem of providing stage-structural simultaneity and the need to correlate events in the flow arise. A non-trivial explanation of this topological phenomenon is most likely that all macro-foci of material neoplasms in a set of topological niches under equal conditions begin to be composed of identical microprocesses that gradually occur throughout the entire flow of transformations. And in this sense, all the macroprocesses and material entities have one source (basis, standard, measure) and a single rate. This is in general confirmed by images from the Hubble Deep Field, orbiting telescope, specially made to identify the most remote objects of the universe.

Astronomers saw in these pictures a lot of identical galaxies. How can this be explained? The string frame of the universe is allowed to perform the function of a large-block integrator-generalizer of the boundary zone and a step-by-step coordinator of manifestations of material neoplasms. In other words, changes in states in clusters are strictly phased and logical. In other galaxies, nothing is known, so for us they have only cognitive-theoretical interest relating to global transformations in the aggregate.

For greater persuasiveness, we will slightly open the mechanism of supervision on the part of macro-interactions, more precisely, self-organization of matter. So, after the initial manifestation of the material form of the motion of matter at the micro- and meso levels, the PMU and SLE proceed further to the macroscale effect on the first of them. They have only one tool - to re-engage them in radial and concentric varieties of movement on a new level. But how can large-scale galactic associations of matter give these varieties of motion? After all, a great many macroscopic galactic material formations have already appeared, they are located in different planes and scattered throughout the vast universe. How can we bring all this huge economy to the common denominator ?! But matter, and in this large-scale case, finds, as always, a wise decision. Specifically, the macroradial variety begins to manifest itself as a mass, directed in all directions by the frontal displacement of the absolute majority of galaxies and their accumulation at the periphery of the universe.

In this case, the EMS and SLE, giving smooth movements to the radial movements of the lateral curvatures, thereby include twist elements. And a huge set of galaxies, accelerating away to the periphery of the universe, actualizes not just the center, but the epicenter of collective centrifugal movements. And the initial elements of the ubiquitous displacement of radial trajectories with distance from the center indicate the emergence of concentric varieties of movement around the same epicenter. At the same time, taking into account and ongoing numerous overlapping of the EMS on them, the border zone begins to collapse and appears to be packed tightly, multi-layered trajectories of the motion of real bodies. Naturally, the volume of the universe in this case is gradually compressed, the material bodies themselves approach each other, the radii and gaps between the layers are reduced, but the frequency of collective rotation will only increase. Cumulatively, all this can be called the centripetal motion of matter. The border zone will again return to its generalized and closed form, and matter - into the embryonic state.

Extremely curious in this regard is the realization of the material form of matter in the grip between EMS and SLE, at first centrifugal, and then centripetal tendencies. And the data of transformation of matter in the open phase can be compared with one complete cycle of centrifugal-centripetal pulsation of the closed phase (the embryo of the universe). Unfortunately, the centrifugal movement of galaxies observed on the periphery of the Universe was now interpreted by astrophysicists as an accelerated expansion of the Universe itself. Therefore, a sad theory of the end of the universe arose, without the prospect of a regular change of this trend of the centripetal.

The point is that at first the rhythmic vibrations of the embryo of the Universe, then of the fractional fragments and composite particles and bodies, and also all subsequent coordinated changes in their total motion occur in relation to the middle state of matter, within the strictly defined stage-level transitions - from the state of the past to the state of the future .

And then again there is a return to the past. Therefore, it is not possible to measure the number of identical cyclic processes inside the shells (layers) in order to multiply them by the duration of each cycle in order to determine the total age of the movements. Moreover, it does not make sense. They, composing certain intervals of time, can be qualified as movements, cyclically stationary. Steadily repeating movements in spherical interlayers can be identified with a concentric component of time. And cyclic transitions from one concentration to another can be identified with radial time components. It follows that time and space are interrelated, they pass into each other! And most importantly, they, as the basic characteristics of the interaction of topological aspirations, existed initially, but only in a closed and generalized form. They exist now - now in an open and developed form.

This means that initially the macroscopic embryo of the universe could afford only internal pulsations of material motion. The actualization of the voltage in it was carried out by large, radially concentric, divergent and converging waves in which it was not possible to isolate either individual concentra- tions or specific radial directions. Space and Time were then identical and matched. But as soon as the embryo of the universe crumbled to a great many microbubbles, then the original Time and Space also broke apart.

And this entailed the emergence of many local discrete manifestations of time in miserable bubbles with well-defined radii and the emergence of a huge amorphous space of future interactions of these bubbles.

So, space - the time of matter - these are two sides of the same coin. Space is the external side, time is the inner side of the interactions of material objects. As soon as something establishes a stable interaction of the elements, it immediately envelops the corresponding shell and appears for the outer, relative to a given boundary zone of the region, strengthened by a spatial neoplasm having quite definite shape and dimensions.

And internal cyclical changes, the internal movement of a given education - this is time. It is collapsed, looped, closed in a resting spatial envelope. And then a new cycle of spatio-temporal interactions of newly emerging tumors unfolds in the form of external-internal superstructures or inlays and counter movements of environmental elements.

Due to this, the aforementioned middle state of the boundary zone takes place and is determined at many levels of the universe. On this basis, the construction of level-by-level reference systems is possible, with respect to which it is possible to imagine a more complex variety of movement, including its biosocial forms. As a result, simultaneously exist and interact several nested or superimposed on each other spaces and the same number of time dials.

The foregoing means only that quantum processes, electromagnetic phenomena, and gravitational interactions of completely formed inorganic bodies, and chemical-molecular processes in the plant and animal world, as well as socio-intellectual events, are observed on the same "patch" of the universe, in the human population. The temporal parameters of the stage processes are superimposed and the possibility of their comparative analysis appears, after which it is possible to measure the duration of certain stage processes with the duration of the others. That is, time can be considered a parameter in the equations of motion, and a means of chronological ordering of events.

In the presented combination of time with space in the form of a multi-layered "sandwich" or habitual for our mentality, the image of a doll, associated with layer-by-layer changes and transitions from the outside to the inside and back, scientists are left with the opportunity to take the last step and recognize time as a physical entity. The key to the evolution of the universe is precisely the time that must be tied to the stage-by-stage construction and the vector of self-organization of matter, which is usually called the time arrow.

And already in the products of its division is the idea of mutual reflection and equalization. And in a phased clotting, the idea of the existence of different levels of self-organization and forms of reflection is contained. And, nevertheless, these are the levels of a single process, a single whole that reveals itself in qualitatively different forms - in inanimate nature, in the plant world, in the animal world, and finally in man.

Concluding, let us note that the methodology of cosmogenesis is an unmerciful thing. And when two theories collide in the same field, the one that triumphs is triumphant. Therefore, a theory that does not define the initial state of the universe can not be considered a complete description of physical reality.
